Description

Here is a gorgeous D’Angelico New York II Jazz Artist guitar from 1995 in excellent condition. This guitar is – with endorsement from the D’Angelico family – built in Kalamazoo USA by the famous (ex Gibson, later Heritage) luthiers Moats, Paige, Lamb and Deurloo, who all signed the label. This guitar is in excellent near mint condition with the exception of a small bit of finish that flaked off at the bottom of the instrument.  Completely hand carved to Gibson ES-175 model, all solid flamed woods and tap tuned. Beautiful deep sunburst clear nitrocellulose finish. Wonderful cascade stairstep gold-plated tailpiece. Beautiful D’Angelico New Yorker style headstock. All gold-plated hardware. The neck plays like a dream, never experienced anything like this. This is a unique instrument, only a few of them were ever made. With OHSC and matching vintage strap. This is not a Japanese Vestax, this is as close one can get to an original D’Angelico.
